thx mate. i love that guided meditation. when you start to meditate on your own a lot, you get a good sense for how to get deep, fast, and when you have a room full of people who are into it, you get amazing results.
it's gotten WAY more powerful now combining the meditations with exercises in PSP. basically, the whole weekend is a guided meditation to break through sticking points and limitations.
