Right now I'm a little tired.

I have to say that the call was really helpful in a number of different ways. First of all, I was able to connect to my problems on a more emotional level. I never really get/have an internal monologue whenever I'm dealing with Approach Anxiety or forms of being put on the spot (job interviews particularly). What I always get is an intense freezing up followed by not being able to breathe.

What I learned from this coaching call was to be more compassionate to myself and forgiving. Being goal orientated is good, but for me the biggest issue was to be ok with not always having to approach, and just relaxing and if I find myself in a situation with AA, just being compassionate. That was my lightbulb moment today.

So to anyone considering doing a coaching call, I can highly recommend it. At first I was pretty apprehensive myself, but Andrew listens to you, and what you get a solution and a set of goals that are doable on your own time towards your own success. There are tons of little things that you can gain.

I'm also listing my goals on here so I am accountable to everyone on UCP, Andrew, and myself.

I am going to deal with Approach Anxiety by approaching 5 women per week.

I am going to try to be more social by going up and talking to 5 total strangers (men or women) per week.

And I am going to be the best damn public speaker I can for my presentations I have to give weekly for my Uni work.

So far I am trying to stick to my goals, but I scaled it down a bit.

The public speaking thing is going well (just from class), but I'm trying to take baby steps with the meeting women thing.

First week eyecontact with 5 beautiful women=> This week say hi (or anything) to 5 women in the week+ do the same with actual strangers=> Say hi and start a conversation 5 women=> Say hi express direct interest start a conversation and have it last more than 2 mins without it being awkward (pauses)=> Like before but get a number

This goal is more quantified and attainable
